Alors êtes-vous prêts pour cette nouvelle rentrée ? une rentrée organisée, ça vous dit que je reprenne la publication des idées de menus à la semaine ?
Apparemment, ça a manqué à certaines vu le nombre de messages que j’ai reçu sur Facebook et sur Instagram 
je vous remercie pour votre fidélité ♥
Pour cette semaine de rentrée, j’ai prévu quelques trucs, comme elle a déjà commencé, certains plats ont bien plu à la maison
Semaine du 31 août au 06 septembre 2020
Lundi midi : Spaghetti bolognaise
Lundi soir : Riz, pois chiches, courgettes, raisins secs
Mardi midi : Reste des spaghetti bolo
Mardi soir : Saumon, pommes de terre, brocolis, sauce chili
Mercredi midi : Poulet curry, sauce coco, poivrons, riz
Mercredi soir : Coquillettes (façon risotto), pois, boursin
Jeudi midi : reste poulet curry
Jeudi soir : Boeuf mariné, pâtes, légumes
Vendredi midi : Pizza wrap, salade
Vendredi soir : Tian patates douces, aubergines, gorgonzola
Samedi midi : Steack, haricots verts, frites maison
Samedi soir : croque-monsieur, salade
Dimanche midi : poulet, riz, brocolis, carottes, sauce soja sucrée
Dimanche soir : Bagel, avocat, truite fumée, oeufs brouillés
Pour les petits-déjeuners, on varie entre cookioches, banana bread, cracotte, brioche maison, bowlcake.
Pour les desserts, c’est yaourt maison, crèmes dessert maison, compote, fruits ou fromage.
Pour certains repas, j’essaie d’en faire un peu plus, de sorte d’avoir une gamelle pour le déjeuner du lendemain, comme les enfants ont repris l’école !

Cette semaine on teste kitchendaily. Du coup c’est quand même vachement plus cool niveau repas, je n’ai pas à réfléchir à ce qu’on va manger. Par contre la semaine prochaine ça sera différent !

Merci beaucoup pour ce menu. Je sais très bien à quel point il est difficile de trouver quel repas servir tous les jours. Surtout si on part travailler chaque matin. Je n’ai jamais pensé à faire une liste comme ça.
