Il me semble que vous êtes nombreux par ici à bien apprécier les banana bread.
Ici les enfants en raffolent pour leurs petits-déjeuners.
J’en fais assez régulièrement, c’est tellement simple et rapide à faire. J’avais trouvé une recette sur internet où j’avais noté vite fait des ingrédients, il y a très longtemps, malheureusement je ne me souviens plus d’où elle vient. Le banana bread, et sa recette inratable !
Habituellement je le fais avec du lait de vache, demi-écrémé. Je venais de recevoir du lait de soja dans la Degustabox de janvier. Je ne consomme pas du tout ce genre de lait, alors je me suis dit pourquoi pas ?
J’ai donc utilisé ce lait, et le résultat était aussi satisfaisant, alors à vous de voir 
RECETTE
Ingrédients pour un moule à cake de 20 cm
- 2 bananes mûres
- 160 ml de lait végétal ou lait de vache demi-écrémé
- 200 g de farine
- 100 g de poudre d’amandes
- 70 g de sucre
- 1/2 sachet de levure chimique
- 80 g de pépites de chocolat au lait
Préchauffez le four à 180°C, graissez le moule pour un démoulage plus facile.
Ecrasez les bananes en purée et ajoutez le lait. Ensuite ajoutez les autres ingrédients. Gardez une petite poignée de pépites de chocolat à déposer sur le dessus. Certains mettent une banane coupée en deux en longueur sur le dessus, pour ma part je ne suis pas fan du goût, je trouve ça juste joli
Mettre au four entre 45 mn et une bonne heure. Il suffit de vérifier avec une lame de couteau, si elle ressort sèche, le cake est prêt

ça reste ma recette favorite de banana bread, facile à réaliser, et il est vraiment très bon. En plus il se conserve bien quelques jours, même si à la maison il est mangé très rapidement

on le fait avec du lait de coco, on évite le soja car c est un perturbateur endocrinien naturel (et oui…) et vu que mes hormones et moi on est pas potes, on utilise des alternatives
