Cela fait un moment que je n’ai pas posté une recette par ici 
pourtant j’en épingle beaucoup sur Pinterest, si ça vous dit de m’y rejoindre ;)
Alors en voici une que je fais depuis de nombreuses années, ma cousine me l’avait passé. Une recette hyper simple de flan aux carottes qui se mange aussi bien frais que tiède.
Ingrédients , recette Flan aux carottes
700 à 800 g de carottes – 50 g de beurre – 1/4 litre de bouillon de volaille – 5 à 6 oeufs – 50 g de gruyère râpé – 1 ou 2 oignons – 20 cl de crème fraîche liquide – sel – poivre
Couper les carottes en rondelles, les faire dorer dans 25 g de beurre. Ajouter le bouillon, laissez mijoter 10 minutes. Hacher grossièrement les oignons, faire blondir dans le beurre restant.
Battre les oeufs en omelette, ajouter les carottes écrasées (au presse purée par exemple) et les oignons ainsi que le gruyère râpé, la crème fraîche, le sel et le poivre.
Cuire à four 180°C au bain-marie pendant environ 1 heure.
On le peut servir nature, ou bien l’accompagner d’une sauce aux asperges : la crème fraîche liquide et des asperges (passées au mixer)
