Hello les gourmands !
J’ai découvert les bowlcake sur les réseaux sociaux, les photos donnaient toujours l’eau à la bouche. Il y a tellement de variétés ! Un jour j’ai tenté cette aventure gourmande, et puis, j’ai adoré, et les enfants aussi 
Les bowlcake sont souvent réalisés avec des flocons d’avoine, et puis un jour j’ai essayé avec de la Floraline que j’avais découvert dans une Degusta Box. J’aime bien avec la Floraine, je trouve que le bowlcake est plus léger à manger, même si ça reste une bonne idée de petit-déjeuner consistant.
La recette est super simple et tellement facile à préparer, pour vous dire les enfants se le préparent eux-mêmes !
Pour un bowlcake :
un bol , 35 g de floraline (ou de flocons d’avoine), 1 compote de pommes sans sucres ajoutés (c’est mieux mais pas obligatoire), 1 cuillère à café de levure chimique, 1 oeuf entier.
Mélanger le tout dans le bol. On peut y ajouter des pépites de chocolat au mélange. Mettre au micro-ondes 3 minutes. A la sortie, le bowlcake se détache tout seul du bol. J’aime bien de temps en temps, mettre un peu de pâte à tartiner au chocolat sur le dessus au lieu des pépites de chocolat à l’intérieur. On peut l’accompagner de fruits frais, c’est très agréable.
Pour ceux et celles qui n’ont pas de micro-ondes, on peut le cuire au four environ 25 minutes, mais je le trouve plus sec à l’extérieur.
Le renverser sur une assiette, et déguster !
Pour info, pour ceux qui font WW, c’est 5 SP sans le chocolat.
J’ai vu la recette du bowlcake façon carrot cake, j’ai très envie de le tester, moi qui adore ce gâteau.

Quelle idée ! C’est très tentant, il faut l’avouer. Du coup, je pense départager la préparation dans des minibols. Je pense que l’effet sera juste au top et les enfants ne vont pas se battre pour avoir le plus gros morceau.
