Comme promis, je vais tenter de publier régulièrement mes menus à la semaine. Que vous fassiez WW ou pas, ça dépanne toujours de trouver des idées toutes faites 
Si vous faites WW, sachez que je suis à 23 SP par jour, team bleu. Je n’ai pas mis cette fois-ci les SP dans le tableau car j’ai réalisé que chacun ne mange pas forcément la même quantité ou peut être d’une autre couleur WW.
Donc, au plus simple, je vous mets mes quelques idées, et vous gérez selon votre couleur ou vos goûts
J’essaie de prévoir les repas à la semaine, et je fais ma liste de courses nécessaires. Cela évite d’une part le gaspillage alimentaire et surtout les interrogations de dernière minute sur ce que l’on va manger.
Je vous rassure, des repas peuvent changer en cours de route d’ailleurs, je fais au plus simple, des repas basiques. Avant je me creusais plus la tête, des recettes réfléchies. Mais depuis le premier confinement, où je n’ai jamais eu d’aide pour la préparation des repas, j’en ai eu un peu assez de me prendre la tête !
Pour mes pause-déjeuners en solo, je fais quelques achats dans les surgelés Picard, pour pouvoir dégeler des parts individuelles. Ou sinon des plats cuisinés Weight Watchers qui sont très bons.
Hormis le rééquilibrage alimentaire, je fais un peu de sport. Je cours trois fois par semaine, et une marche de 55 minutes trois fois par semaine. Les cours à la salle de gym me manquent énormément ! Pour le moment je suis vraiment contente de ma perte. Elle se fait en douceur mais sûrement, c’est le plus important
Et vous, comment vous organisez-vous pour les repas ? vous préparez les idées en avance ?
Vous pouvez télécharger le menu ici ou même l’imprimer, c’est pratique pour noter les SP prévus
J’essaie de prévoir deux ou trois plats un peu réfléchis dans la semaine. Et sinon, quand je n’ai pas d’idée, c’est souvent des légumes avec un peu de féculents et (pas forcément) des protéines.

je ne prévois pas trop mais quand je fais les courses j’essaie au moins de prévoir pour les deux trois jours à venir, après j’ai toujours des légumes au congélo pour assurer quand je n’ai plus de frais…

je vais donc voir un nutrionniste le 17 février car je dois enlever le gluten et le lactose et je sais pas trop comment faire…
Personnellement, je n’ai jamais fait une liste de mes menus. La raison ? J’ai toujours mes majors d’hommes. Cela ne veut pas dire que je n’avais pas le droit de le faire. Merci pour cette idée.
